With an organization designed to help families work through these transition periods in their lives, we will have ongoing needs to better serve them. We encourage you to get involved and become a “Friend of the Center” by donating the following items:

Volunteers Needed

Volunteer escorts and monitors are being sought to supervise visitations. The advocates from the community will undergo screening and training to oversee interactions between children and their non-custodial parents. Devoting a few hours each month and having a genuine desire to assist families in need can greatly comfort a child in search of solace.

 

General Requirements:

  • Minimum age 21
  • Consent to criminal history background check and CA/N registry clearance
  • Consent to drug screen
  • Complete required 6 hours of pre-service classroom training
